The alien Harald has booked a package holiday on Earth and is trying to find shelter at science fiction editor Rita Reichmans flat. Her admirer Frido Lipinski so not amused because Rita seems to succumb to Haralds charm. But Harald also has quite a few problems in learning the rules of conduct of the earthlings and that he cannot lie, complicates the situation.

Harald Handfaste is a 15th century Swedish Robin Hood, who fights against foreign oppression. He becomes the leader of a band of highwaymen and they start dealing with the evil bailiff. However, the bailiff will stop at nothing to catch Handfaste and show the people who is in charge. He even attempts to marry Handfaste`s beloved Karin, and when she refuses to subdue, the bailiff decides to execute both her, her father and a monk who has been helping them.

If the carefree attitude of youth had a name, it would be MED. Mehdi, alias Med, is a refreshingly unconventional teen, born from an Arab mother and a Quebecois father.

The Harald Schmidt Show is a German late night talk show hosted on Sky Deutschland by comedian Harald Schmidt. The show first aired from 5 December 1995 to 23 December 2003 on Sat.1. Schmidt then moved his show to Das Erste as Harald Schmidt and Schmidt & Pocher, but he returned to Sat.1 on 13 September 2011. After cancellation on Sat.1, the show continued on Sky Deutschland in September 2012.
